These Terms of Service are a starting template for Voli, operated by Uncommon Labs LLC. By using the Voli website or mobile application, you agree to these terms.
The service
Voli provides AI-assisted language-learning tools, including conversation practice, corrections, translations, lessons, games, and review features. AI responses can be incomplete or inaccurate and are provided for educational purposes, not as professional advice.
Your account and use
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity under your account. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use Voli to violate another person’s rights or any applicable law.
Voice and user content
You are responsible for the content you submit. If you use microphone features, you confirm that you have the permissions needed to record your voice and that your use complies with local consent laws.
App stores and payments
If Voli offers paid features or subscriptions, the applicable price, renewal terms, and cancellation options will be shown before purchase. Purchases made through Apple or another app store are also subject to that store’s terms.
Intellectual property
Voli, its branding, software, and original content belong to Uncommon Labs LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer the service except as permitted by law.
Disclaimers and changes
The service is provided as available, without guarantees that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features and may revise these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
